These Puffs are made for TJ's with cornmeal that’s combined with water and baked to a light, airy, yes, puffy texture, then generously coated with powdered white Cheddar that’s (gasp!) made from actual white Cheddar cheese! #truth. They’re made in TJ’s Too Secret Corn Puff Machine No. 00358. (Not #truth. But the idea of it is great, and TJ's even emblazoned the bag with a very detailed picture of what that machine might look like.) You’ve likely had “cheese puffs,” but unless you’ve had ours, you’ve never had the World’s Puffiest. They’re really cheesy, and that separates them from their competitors, too.
