SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship across Canada. Products are fulfilled by our partner suppliers located throughout Canada and North America. Multi-vendor orders may ship from different locations in separate packages.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary by supplier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Supplier location

Posted product prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, or duties unless explicitly stated.

Orders containing products from multiple suppliers may ship separately and incur separate shipping charges.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard shipping within Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited shipping (where available): 2-5 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

MULTI-VENDOR FULFILLMENT

Because products may be sourced from different suppliers:

  • Orders containing items from multiple suppliers will arrive in separate shipments
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number
  • Delivery dates may vary between shipments
  • Shipping costs reflect the multi-shipment nature of marketplace orders

TRACKING & UPDATES

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation email(s) with tracking number(s) once items ship
  • Delivery confirmation once package(s) are delivered

RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier pickup.

We recommend:

  • Providing a secure delivery address
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders
  • Requiring signature confirmation for valuable items

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and includes:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address (we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for some items)
  • City, province, postal code
  • Phone number (required for carrier contact)

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to the supplier as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, you are responsible for:

  • Original return shipping costs incurred by the supplier
  • Reshipping costs if you want the order resent
  • Any non-refundable transaction fees if you request a refund

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some products cannot be shipped to certain locations due to carrier restrictions, hazardous material classifications, or provincial laws. Restricted items will be identified at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether we can ship to your location.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  • Contact us at info@showroommarkets.com if the package cannot be located

We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve lost package claims.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and damage before opening
  • Inspect contents and photograph any damaged items
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@showroommarkets.com with photos and your order number

We will coordinate with the supplier and carrier to file a damage claim.
