RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns are subject to supplier inspection and approval (not showroommarkets.com) Please review your order confirmation for any supplier-specific conditions.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, with proof of purchase. Supplier approval required.
Processing Fee: Original payment processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the product amount will be refunded minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.
Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility. Contact us for supplier authorization and return address.
Process: Email showroommarkets@gmail.com to initiate. Supplier inspects and approves returns. Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and items marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are clearly indicated at the time of purchase and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damages/Defects: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
