TJ’s Madeleines are about as authentic as you can get without flying to your favorite Parisian patisserie. Ours are made with a short list of simple ingredients – sugar, butter, eggs, and natural flavour, and the result is a cake-y cookie you’ll wish you could replicate at home! Of course, you could, but when you can order a package from Vancou-Vert Trading, well, that just seems silly.

For years, TJ's has offered these exact Madeleines in their stores up and down the western part of the USA. Now, finally, we’re able to offer them in our online store. Tres bon! Soft and cake-like, they’re baked in the traditional scalloped moulds, so they not only taste fancy, they look pretty darn impressive as well. Pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or enjoy with a cup of strong coffee or tea. Or store a whole package in your desk drawer for emergencies.
