It’s simple to prepare – 20 minutes or so on your stovetop or in a rice cooker yields soft, fluffy, full-flavored rice. Serve it as a side dish, add it to soups, use it to make fried rice or cook it with Coconut Milk instead of water to make a richly flavoured dish that will complement an array of main courses.
