TJ's Freeze Dried Blueberries contains, well, blueberries--only, these berries have all been dried at a very low temperature, which tends to preserve flavour better than heat drying. You can definitely taste the blueberry-ness of the blueberries.

Of course, while the naturally sweet & tart flavours remain true, the soft juiciness of non-dried fruit is replaced by a wonderfully light crunch.
