We find that their tooth-sinking consistency and mild flavour makes them especially suited for loading up with Beef Birria, Pollo Asado, or well-seasoned Beef-less Ground Beef—though you truly cant go wrong with any kind of protein or veggies, in our opinion. We’re also quite find of cutting them into triangles and frying them into chips—especially if you then smother them in salsa for homemade chilaquiles.
