Indeed, TJ’s Avocado Oil carries the flavour and character of avocado. It’s a luxuriously smooth, velvety Oil is made from avocados grown in Mexico, which offers an ideal avo-growing climate. This delicate, buttery oil is naturally high in monounsaturated fats (10 grams per serving), and with a roughly 260°C smoke point, it makes an excellent cooking oil. (For reference, olive oil has a smoke point closer to 175°C). Its clean, delicate flavour is a great match for all kinds of applications, from sautéing to baking to searing to garnishing.

Avocado Oil is an excellent addition to your pantry and a good alternative to olive or other vegetable oils.
