This Hex Trade sampler quilt uses strips sewn together, then cut into triangles and traded to create a myriad of different blocks. You can make a large hexagonal quilt or square off the corners to create a rectangular lap quilt. 37 different 8" hexie blocks are used to create a 56" x 66" lap quilt.
Don't like all of the block designs? It is easy to downsize this quilt to a 40" x 48" baby quilt using only 23 blocks, as shown in the second photo. Are you ready? Let's trade!
