Format: Case of 8 x 1.5 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.5 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into soft serve machine. 
Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice

Certifications: Halal, Kosher, Gluten-free

Yield: 400 cones of 100 g (per case)

List of ingredients: Saccharose, Skim Milk Powder, Not Hydrog. Veget. Fats (Coconut), Stabilizers: E412, Emulsifiers: E471, Flavours, Salt.
