Is the 2C different from the 6C?

The razor handle and head are identical. The difference is the adjustability: The 6C comes with 3 plates (6 settings), while the 2C comes with 1 plate (2 settings: R1 and R3).

Does the White Chrome finish rust?

No. The premium chrome plating protects the zinc core from corrosion. It is durable and easy to clean.
