Complete ready to use powder for making purple dragon fruit soft serve ice cream. 

Format: Case of 8 x 1.5 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.5 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into soft serve machine. 
Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice
