Catalyst™ tools are much more than a painting tool. Crafted from flexible silicone or hard nylon to allow artists a new form of expression. Catalyst™ Blades, Mini-Blades, Wedges, and Contours come in unique shapes for a variety of different textures in your art.
Designed for use with heavy-bodied paints, Catalyst™ is at home with oils, acrylics, and
water-miscible oils. Because they are heat-resistant to 450 °F, they excel with encaustics. Artists are using them with plaster, clay, surface coating, food crafting, and much more.
Mini-blades are made out of flexible silicone that is heat-resistant, solvent-resistant, dishwasher safe, and approved food-safe by the FDA. These great features combined with their new shapes and convenient sizes allow for extensive creativity with cake decorating, food crafting, ceramics, plaster, and heavy acrylic media.
