Artwork is made with a hand carved lino cut block, inked and hand printed in small quantities.

The love knot symbolizes love and union.  This one in particular, is a Celtic love knot.  It is believed that the origins of the phrase 'tying the knot' comes from the handfasting ceremony at a wedding.  This print was originally larger and a wedding present for a dear friend who happened to have knot tying as part of their ceremony.  Although the print has been simplified to the knot itself, I'm happy others can now enjoy with their own personal meaning.

Because of the hand printed qualities, there may be small variances in the ink and paper size.
