Encounter Synopsis
Centuries long plans of the Cult of the First Morning are in their final stages. As dawn breaks, so do the final bindings of the prison holding Helioxos, an ancient sun dragon. The party must stop the dragon and her minions before she can lay waste to the surrounding lands and give her cult an unbreakable foothold on the continent
