The Creative Grids 8-1/2in x 12-1/2in Ruler is a versatile cutting ruler packed with markings for strips, HSTs, flying geese, fussy cutting, and more. 

Key Features

• Embedded Gripper — slides easily over fabric until pressure is applied, then holds firmly to eliminate slipping and miss-cuts
• Turn-A-Round Feature — black numbers on white dots for whole-inch cuts; rotate 180° and use white numbers on black dots for 1/2in increment cuts
• Seam Allowance Markings — 1/4in dashed lines on two adjoining sides for trimming seam allowances
• High-Contrast Two-Color Printing — black and white markings in 1in grids with 1/8in and 1/4in increments
• White 45° line for trimming HSTs in whole-inch increments; black 45° line for half-inch increments
• Additional 45° lines crossing 1/4in from the outside edge — for squaring up flying geese, squares on point, and crosshatching
• 30°/60° angle line for additional cutting options
