This tint is a semi-opaque water-based lacquer which will create amazing shimmery effects with a touch of dimension. The shimmer comes from the high density of mica in the mix. It is suitable for porous and non-porous surfaces. Try it on acetate, card, paper, MDF, board and so much more. Great for mixed media, card making, journaling, home décor and an array of craft projects.
