Pink Fawn Lily is a graceful and early-blooming native perennial with exquisite nodding pink flowers and distinctive mottled foliage. Often found growing in woodland settings, this species brings subtle beauty to the spring garden and thrives in moist, humus-rich soil under dappled shade. Though slow to establish, once rooted it returns reliably each spring and will gradually naturalise to form a charming colony.

Where Can You Grow Pink Fawn Lily?
Best suited for Zones 3–9 in part shade to full shade. Prefers moist, well-drained woodland or humus-rich soil and is ideal for naturalising in forest-edge gardens and shaded beds.

History and Historical Uses
Pink Fawn Lily is part of the native Garry Oak and coastal forest ecosystems of British Columbia. Traditionally valued by Indigenous peoples as part of local ecological knowledge and biodiversity, it is now appreciated in ecological gardening for its aesthetic and habitat value.
