Q: How to sharpen the blade?

A: Extra blade is included in the package. We do not suggest sharpening the blades on your own.

Q: How to make sure the top ice block holder grabs the ice block securely so the ice block doesn't spin in circles?

A: Our new PDOM-M model is spikeless (for sanitation purposes). The top block holder needs to have as much surface contact as possible with the ice block in order to prevent the ice from spinning. Therefore, when you put the ice block into the shaver chamber, make sure the flat side of the block is facing up. If the surface is not flat enough, shave or chop off any parts that are uneven.

Q: Do you have a lid for the stainless steel snow ice cube container?

A: As for now, we do not sell lids for snow ice cube containers.
